Good Afternoon beautiful. It has been awhile since I have posted last. Well I have a 1 year old who thinks she runs the household. I started working part time for my church which has helped me so much to overcome my depression. I am working on changing some bad habits that I have created while being depressed and now I am going back to changing my health for the better. I put a few pounds back on but I am working on fixing that. With PCOS I have been reading about the Keto diet and trying to figure out how the intermittent fasting works. So if you have any advice send me an email or post a comment below.

I haven’t posted in awhile due some stress with my upcoming divorce. It’s been rough, but with the arbitration tomorrow I’m staying positive for good things to come tomorrow morning.
Blueberry smoothie. 81 Calories
1/4 cup blueberries, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tsp of ground oats, 2 slices of banana blend and serve
2 Egg whites
2 slices of tomato diced up
1 slice of onion diced up
Use can use jar of mushrooms or fresh
Put your veggies in a sauté pan on medium heat, cook them up until onions are slightly brown then add your eggs cook until the eggs are fully white.
Do 2 circuits and 60 mins of cardio
