So I was able to get up early yet again. This going to bed early and getting up early feels good since I have lost some weight. Today’s breakfast egg whites and mushrooms. I usually plan my weeks a head but on the weekends I like to wing it. I save Sundays for a cheat day but I don’t go overboard. I will have a healthy breakfast and lunch and will save dinner as my cheat. Well off to a fun day will update later.
