Work out

Working out is definitely tough but I have recently found that 21 Day Fix by Beach Body is pretty awesome. I just started today and I really feel that the Total Cardio fix really hit every muscle group. Tuesday’s work out is Upper Fix. I can’t wait to transform in 21 days. What is great is that the program comes with containers so that you can stay on track with the meal plan and that the right portions through out the day to keep your energy up. The complete set is awesome the videos consist of cardio, yoga, plyo, 10 min fix Abs, and workouts for lower and upper body.
