Good Afternoon beautiful. It has been awhile since I have posted last. Well I have a 1 year old who thinks she runs the household. I started working part time for my church which has helped me so much to overcome my depression. I am working on changing some bad habits that I have created while being depressed and now I am going back to changing my health for the better. I put a few pounds back on but I am working on fixing that. With PCOS I have been reading about the Keto diet and trying to figure out how the intermittent fasting works. So if you have any advice send me an email or post a comment below.

Motivational Monday

I haven’t posted in awhile due some stress with my upcoming divorce. It’s been rough, but with the arbitration tomorrow I’m staying positive for good things to come tomorrow morning. Fitinny_offical

Egg white Mushroom Omlete

52 Calories

2 Egg whites

2 slices of tomato diced up

1 slice of onion diced up

Use can use jar of mushrooms or fresh

Put your veggies in a sauté pan on medium heat, cook them up until onions are slightly brown then add your eggs cook until the eggs are fully white.
