PCOS First Steps: Getting Healthy

First and foremost please check with your doctor before starting any diet plan. I am not a doctor but I do have PCOS and I am also pregnant. This is what I have done in order to get pregnant. After finding out that I had PCOS I had to start a new healthy diet. I don’t really like to call it dieting I prefer to call it a lifestyle change because that is what you are doing. You have to make these lifestyle changes in order to be healthy to conceive. I dropped 60 pounds by changing my eating habits, but here are some foods that are beneficial:
