Blueberry Chai Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies and I just so happen to have made it using only what I had in my house.

1 scoop of vanilla chai Fitmiss Powder

1 cup of coconut almond milk

1 cup of blueberries

Put all three in a blender and blend until smooth. It is very creamy and delicious. The Fitmiss Powder is low carb, high protein and helps curb hunger it does have soy in it but not a lot. My suggestion is not over doing it on the powder.
