Losing Weight

I think I had done pretty well yesterday without caving into my sweet tooth. I have found that if I want it bad enough I need to stay committed. I have lost weight before by watching everything I ate and doing restricted calorie intake. Losing weight isn’t going to be easy it is going to be hard. You are going to want to cave in. Rise above it all and say to yourself that “I can and I will do this.” Say it 3 times in the mirror. If you feel like you need help you reach out to us here at Fitinny. What a good day. Still waiting for my Isagenix stuff to come in. I did track it it looks like it will be here at some point tomorrow. I can’t wait to go through everything and start meal planning. I looked in the mirror and saw that my stomach is slowly shrinking. I’ve been sticking with a calorie restricted diet, more healthy fruits and vegetables and lean meats. No soda, no bread, no alcohol and no sugar. I’m noticing some changes slowly but it is what works. Keep your head up and keep pushing never give up.

Good Afternoon beautiful. It has been awhile since I have posted last. Well I have a 1 year old who thinks she runs the household. I started working part time for my church which has helped me so much to overcome my depression. I am working on changing some bad habits that I have created while being depressed and now I am going back to changing my health for the better. I put a few pounds back on but I am working on fixing that. With PCOS I have been reading about the Keto diet and trying to figure out how the intermittent fasting works.
